cannot play certain VNS advice please?

did a system restore, restored all my files
changed regional settings
the vns i cannot play
my girlfriend is the... get a weird ??????? syntax error
Fate hollow A... cant install the damn game/ get a ???????/program files/fate ha/????exe. error
Sharin no Kuni, Himawari no Shoujo get a blank error msg
akuma_arisa ???????/program files/akuma arisa/????exe. error
akuma erisu same as above


the other 38 work just fine

the ????? must be japanese chars. I pressume so post them and let the ones the know how to read it relay for you.

if your computer is not displaying what should be japanese characters correctly, you havent done the language for unicode programs thing yet/properly

i actually had to put it back to english and back again inorder for it to work
