I don't know you but whenever something big gets announced, i get goosebumps all over my body. And it's even better when it's announced direct live.
Here are 3 of the most memorable announcements:
Zelda for the Nintendo Gamecube during the E3 2004:
Starcraft 2 during the 2007 Blizzard Worldwide invitational in Seoul:
And of course, we couldn't forget Diablo 3's announcement (my fav):

Zelda.
I still remember that day like it was yesterday. I came home from school and went straight to my computer as soon as I entered my house because I knew the Ninty conference was taking place at that time. Luckily, I came a few minutes before Reggie revealed the trailer for the first time. I marked out like hell when I saw Link so I knew what the people in that conference we're experiencing.
Awesome time. I can't believe that was 6 years ago.

I'm more into trailers, not so much the announces themselves.
I know, the moment games like Namco X Capcom or the Tales of Destiny Remake were announced and I watched the trailers, I was like
YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSss
for a few weeks straight.

Hearing that diablo music in the beginning made me feel all nostalgic and shit.
The crowd went apeshit.
Third video was best.

I've stopped caring the past few years. Hype is always stupid. Ninety percent of games that get hyped turn out to be either mediocre-at-best or just simply crappy compared to the standards they pretend to throw out there.
Last time I got excited from am announcement is when I found out Star Ocean 4 was going to be a 360 exclusive (at the time) and watching all the fanboyism at GameTrailers between the 360 fanboys and PS3 fanboys. I know, I'm sadistic.
