I was actually going to say Flonne from Disgaea.

I kind of wanted to think of someone more badass, but my favorite is always Selphie from FF8.

I liked how she had a diary you could read, to see her perspective as you went through the story.

if your talking about Tifa i personally think she is both sexy and cute (look at her face) and she had alot of cute moments in FF7. just because a girl is sexy doesnt mean she cant be cute too.

It's vidya. The majority of mainstream gaming companies realized that T 'n A sold better than cute. I think Disgaea is one of the only franchises that I can think of that has flat-chested "adorable" characters. And even then, half the female units have a massive rack.

That being said, there's nothing stopping a character from being cute and sexy. It's all about the personality + figure, not just focusing on the figure.
