Yes, the overuse of reaction commands really felt cheap. I felt KH1 to be a better game storywise. Of course II is the sequel but it didn't one-up the former, but it was nonetheless pretty good.

Let's see, I've finished KH1 but haven't been able to defeat sephiroth nor 2 special bosses. But in KH2 i've finished everything in proud, got all the forms, all the weapons, defeated all the bosses.


... you don't need to win that race to move on with the story. In fact, that race doesn't matter for anything. Retry playing the game yo, it's good.

I played all the KH games, and beat all of them 100%. It's my all time favorite games series of all time so if there's anything you need to know feel free to ask, it'll give me an excuse to talk about KH :P. As for the story and what not, I think 1 had the better storyline, but 2 had better game play and cooler worlds.

hmmm i loveed the first form of sora better valor form........hmm i played games in which you have to use reaction commands to avoid dieing so i'm used to it...but other then that i never could beat sephiroth on 1 or 2

Both 1 & 2 were really good, the second kinda killed it for me because it didnt seem to have much of a story than the first one. More like they just added the extra disney characters in and went with it.
I beat both on normal and got halfway on proud mode on Kingdom Hearts 2 but i got tired of it.
I could never beat sephiroth on Kingdom hearts 1 for some reason yet I raped him in the 2nd one completely with the keyblade that gave you endless combos when you are out of magic.

KH2 was way to easy. Magic was useless. All you needed to do was mash the attack button repeatably.

I know the story of KH1 and 2, but they are still expensive, I think I may just buy Birth by sleep

Are you talking about Proud mode? because sephiroth is NOT easy on Proud.

Yes. In fact, the hardest boss is actually Demyx.


Also, I've begun playing Kingdom Hearts II final mix+ recently (just got to Mulan's world, so I'm still early on). In here you can fight ALL of the organization members + a extra special boss Terra (which is suposedly the hardest boss in the saga).

Now you reminded me on what game to get. I've been wanting to play KH2 Final Mix+ for a while...

Yes, but it was only released in japan. So the only way to play it would be to use get a japanese playstation and the game OR get swap magic and profit! (google what swap magic is if you do not know it)
