So this thread is mostly for announcing things that you have found that are on a discount. It can be games, consoles or systems, or gaming accessories like headsets and controllers. We should all help each other get some deals.
Please try to have your listings from reputable sites.

I would like an explanation.
I prefer direct and at the moment purchases, until online purchases can finally become more secure that is.

Well say you trade a very rare game into Lamestop for store credit. You go in expecting alot of credit points but only end up receiving six or nine dollars worth of store credit. Now you decide to accept this deal and move on with your life. Lamestop takes the rare game you just traded in sends it to there HQ to be supposedly cleaned of scratches and what not. Now here is the kicker. They put your rare game up for a price on showcase for triple the amount the game is actually worth. So in the end you just got ripped off without even knowing it. Walmart and retailers like it are a good substitute as well however even Walmart has things I do not agree with that they do business-wise...

Depends on the game is my issue, what if its a game you can't sell to anyone you know and the only way to sell it is by internet? I myself don't like selling games through the net for this reason. I thought it was other stuff you were going to talk about.

So i've never even seen a pawn shop in real life, much less know anything about them.
Would they accept a single game? How would prices between them and gaming stores change? I doubt alot of them go into pawn'ing for video games, would they see the diffrence and raise anything on it?

They accept video games in general. I can assure you that you would get more money physical then at Lamestop. What you have to do is research how valuable the game you are selling is however a yard or garage sell is another good option to if you can not locate a pawn shop near you...
