same, just go for the good endings, tend to skip the bad endings. besides as been mentioned earlier VNs lose their meaning if all you want is a save file for the sex scenes

I don't. I only finish the routes I'm interested in, especially if the heroines in other routes don't appeal to me.

I will if the route(s) are completely different from each others , like Fate / UBW / Heaven's Feel . I dont feel like wasting time to repeat all over just to get some cheeky other girls .
