its not common knowledge dude, i'm pretty there something you never notice while playing Dota.
For instance do you know that Tinker's Laser deals exact damage?, meaning if it says it's gonna deal 400 damage its gonna deal 400 damage no minus magic resistance or armor or anything.

...I actually thought the effects of skadi and other orb effects was some sort of bug that my friends wanted to take advantage, not that we mind be them our enemy or allies.
...and I've been playing for over 2 years now... make than over 3.

hey, activating blade mail make us take 100% damage or it's reduced? yesterday, i use blade mail when my life is 600, and get "Fingered" by lion, but surprisingly, i didn't die.

all heroes have a passive magic resistance, usually it reduces around 50-100 magic damage i think

If you wana talk about magic reduction, I heard of a situation that a spammed skill BARELY DEALS DAMAGE.

well the situation you posted is largely dependent on the skill... if your skills cd is fast and deals buckets of damage(quil spray) well his regeneration will have a hard time regenerating that..

well, but this blade mail is so friggin' scary now. last time i use try to laguna blade to anubarak (+700 life, and 11 armor) that activated this blade, i got killed myself ( i cast it in 500 HP) when the anub'arak still alive with, err, "a one hit to kill" life. so annoying...
i don't wanna pick a fight here between all my brothers (and sisters?). All dota player are friend, okay?...

Yeah, that damn item can seriously turn the tide of any battle; a feeder can turn dangerous with that thing.

I take that all back :O, i had blademail on my centaur and no one wanted to touch me. Also something i learned, when Specter uses disperse skill with Blademail, she deals 100% Return damage + disperse damage to AOE!!!!!, holy shit thats fucking painful :O

After activation you have a choice... to hit or not to hit... the only hero you should fear if he has a blade mail is axe... you'll be taking 3 seconds of 100% returned damage... no questions asked...

not everyone is gonna buy a bkb just to counter Blademail....also remember ITS AOE, meaning you dont need to be the one hitting, it could your ally or so, if your ally hits really hard on Specter, its gonna hurt alot

if it's your ally then you only take dispersion... then again if that ally is a Sven with Gs activated and your rastha with around 1/4 life left... that's gonna hurt...
but most cases spectre dies first before anyone dies from his disperese since it's based on the damage you deal...
sides if you think the disperse now is strong they you should see her when her dispersion was a %chance to disperse 100% of the damage + ministun on a 400 AoE...

no....when you activate blademail and it disperses you take AOE TAKES BOTH DAMAGE
