Dragon Age Inventory bug

I'm having a HUGE problem with Dragon Age... I installed the Dark Chainmail robe mod ( http://dragonagenexu...file.php?id=423 ) and the Grey Warden Runic armor mod ( http://dragonagenexu...file.php?id=647 ) and when I entered the game, ALL items had mixed names and icons... armors were weapons, rings were poulstices, misc items were other armor etc... I uninstalled the mods, but the problem remains :((
Can some1 please help, I hope I haven't irredeemably messed up my game...I usually dont DL mods that are incompatible with others.
Edit: I've noticed that this only happens for some saves, and not all... I've loaded some previous saves, and from other characters as well, and some of them had the bug, some of them not.
