Yay, time to make a thread for my favourite card game. Today is marked by the release of Magic the Gathering : Duels of the Planeswalkers 2012 on both the PSN and the XBL.
For those who've always wanted to play a card game, I highly recommend this one. Planeswalker offers an easy introduction to the game with an efficient tutorial.
I used to play this with real cards a few years ago before totally dropping it but this game got me all into it again.
For advanced players looking for real competition and limitless deck customization, I'd say you should avoid this one and go for Magic: Online instead on the PC. Deck customization is possible in planeswalker but only with cards specific to your deck you unlock through battles.

What about on pc. I play this on steam. Love playing this game, but sometimes it gets frustrating when things dont turn your way.

I have this game as well.
I find that half the time I keep getting land cards which makes me mad....
The game modes two-headed giant seems a bit unfair since 2 people who planned this out have a advantage over 2 people who just met. Of course it could be just me that has this problem since I keep running into friends playing together and getting two stepped "all ova ma face".
