Dragon's Nest is pretty good thought a bit hard.
Alliance of Valiant Arms is the first soldier styled shooting game I actually enjoyed. It has some unique quirks like how on the UN team, everyone speaks english while on the USSR team, everyone speaks russian. Also relatively high quality graphics.

Gunz is an oldie, but you need to master a specific style of play to compete at the higher levels.

Runes of Magic is one of the better MMORPGS out there, though the influence of WoW on the market is pretty much apparent in any MMORPG you play. Personally I prefer the aesthetics of Eden Eternal, plus you don't have to reroll characters to play each class.

If you want to blow tanks up, theres World of Tanks, not my cup of tea but it's gotten pretty popular.

Rusty Hearts is a sidescroller beat em up with nice graphics and a pretty tight combat system, can't say anything about the pvp though.

I think you're mistaken. Everyone here are talking about PC games as well as free to play online games.
