WHY DIDN'T ANYONE TELL ME!?! I UNINSTALLED THIS GAME MONTHS AGO WITHOUT PLAYING COCO'S PATH!!!
LOL XD
Every Infinity series = Must play it perfectly
Just look at 999 lol. XD
Well, if you want it easy, just download a 100% saved file, and replay that. rather than going from the start again.

Did you all know that Coco has her own path!? DID YOU!? YOU DID, DIDN'T YOU GUYZ!? WHY DIDN'T ANYONE TELL ME!?! I UNINSTALLED THIS GAME MONTHS AGO WITHOUT PLAYING COCO'S PATH!!!
So you played the game without seeing the epic mind fuck ending whitch ties everything together? Good one

I some ways I am happy because this means there is more to the story. I just REALLY don't want to have to go through everyone's story again since apparently you can only do Coco's path when you get all the other endings. I'll just skip through most the text, but I'm using a guide for the choices.
Edit:Nvm, I'll just use a save file lol. Nah, I'll go through it because I don't remember the details since I uninstalled it around last July. It's been a while so...
But the thing is, I DID finish all the routes last time (except Coco's of course), but it never mentioned that there was a new path or anything. Was there something that mentioned this when you finish your fourth route? Sort of how FSN tells you to go back to a certain day when you finish one of the routes? Maybe I went to the bathroom when a text box popped up or the credits were rolling...
Either way, kinda happy that there is another path so the story makes a little more sense.

Was there something that mentioned this when you finish your fourth route? IIRC, no, there wasn't. There is the clear list, though, showing the endings you have reached, among other things.

Okay I got it reinstalled. Man, I forgot how depressing the title music is for this game. It is so sad, like a small animal just got abandoned...
IIRC, no, there wasn't. There is the clear list, though, showing the endings you have reached, among other things.
Orly?
AHHA! I see it... I didn't want to click on it because I thought maybe it was like a "clear data" thingy lol.
So there are 11 endings in total... There are 4 "routes" before Coco's so, do I have to get the "bad" ending to unlock Coco's path? Or do I just have to get one ending for You, Tsugumi, Sora, and Sara?

Yeah, I was afraid of that at first as well... Bad name for the list. And no, bad endings are not needed for Coco's path.

*shrugs* It's been a long time since I first played it. And while I do occasionally play it again (the number of times I've gone through the Tsugumi route is especially ridiculous), I have never uninstalled it, so I haven't had to actually unlock the final route again since then. If there was a message, I may have forgotten it.
I wish I could figure out what I've missed for unlocking the final picture, though... I'm somehow missing one damn line from the whole VN. >_>

Yea, you do get a message saying that.

See, this is why I have to stop going to the bathroom when I think the credits are about to roll. Either that or I didn't actually get all the endings.

I think that some of you might already know this but here goes:
EVER17 IS GETTING A REMAKE !! Check at http://5pb.jp/games/ever17/
Man, too bad that it's just for Xbox 360. I wish there was already planned a PC version.
Game info:
* The producer in charge of the remake is Ichikawa Kazuhiro, the producer of the original E17, as well of other Infinity Series works.
* They knew that changing the core of what made E17 would be a bad thing, so they kept the core the same.
* The scenario has been revised straight from the beginning
* Certain sections have been removed, and new sections have been added.
* Because of these changes, they were able to eliminate the dull/drawn out parts of the game.
* New routes and supplements.
* The background CGs and event CGs have all been redrawn. The scans show a picture comparing how a corridor looked in the original game, and how it looks in the remake... it now looks more modern and complex.
* Apparently all of the voice work has been redone/re-recorded as well
* The LE will cost a cool 9,240 yen (~$115 USD)
And apparently according to Tech Gian the game's release date is 6/30, though this has not yet been confirmed.
I'm curious to see the modifications that will be made. Let's just hope that they improve this masterpiece.

Hoping that they will make a "New" PSP port, like Chaos;head Love ChuXChu,since this is also by 5pb games.
The recent port was just a port from the PC one.
commments:
REmade CGs = YEAH
3d sprites = Kinda meh, must see demo first.
Tsugumi's new design = Kinda... don't know...
I just hope tha tthey don't change the Voice Actors.

I don't like Tsugumi's new look :|
Well... I like the character design, but I don't like it on Tsugumi. She her character should look darker to better reflect her personality. In the original she was dark both in a mysterious way and in a selfish and in a tad bit evil way.
I don't mind them tweaking the story though. It gives me reason to want to play it again besides just a few extras. There were parts that were dull and very expositional. I would like some more action scenes, maybe some more interactions between characters that didn't have to much time together. Not to mention, the opening to the game was pretty drawn out.
I'm not holding my breath, but maybe if it does well enough somebody will consider making it into an anime >.>. Also I think it is worth mentioning that website has an awesome background image...

Nope. There's no way they're going to make it into an anime. And even if they just did what KLoWn said, it would make it seem far too suspicious. Ever17 is the epitome of the advantages of the VN medium.

~Lalala I can't hear you~ o3o
I wonder how far this remake will go. Is just going to be a port with a few extra scene or two and some higher resolution images, or like a Tears to Tiara on PS3 remake?

I understand the concept of remake. But why only on 360?It's still a mystery though, same like Chaos;Head Noah.
Maybe it's cheaper to develop and port, since it's still using a DVD format?
But Chaos;Head Noah, was eventually ported to the PSP too, so I think it's really because of cheaper development cost.

I think this is probably the reason^
Unless Microsoft Japan asked them to do it so it could get some cult favorites on the 360.
