F2Ps vs Premium(TF2)

So basically, I gotten all the official info that I need to know about.

I made this thread to ask people about their experience as f2p and/or premium players of one of the most played games in Steam, TF2. Any info is appreciated. Thanks and have a nice day.

In terms of item drops, you can get pretty much weapon(as long as they're not completely new) and Man.Co box randomly whether you're ftp or premium. Premium players can also get random hats and miscellaneous items.
(I know I said random drops, but there is a weekly? limit on the amount of drops you get. Achievement items aren't included)
You can craft most weapons otherwise stated. You might not want to craft achievement items though, because you can't trade your new items.

As for constructive play experience... Just play online matches(you can still get random drops) till you feel good enough or have a good handle on your favorite class.

Thanks for the response. However, I've seen too many f2ps getting drops like hats and taunts while premium members don't get that alot. So I was wondering as to why that is so. I'm not trying to snub you by posting this, just sharing my experience with drops.

When I said F2P I mean people who don't have a full steam account.(because they have no games they've purchased)

I'm pretty sure if you don't have a full account, you can get all the drops.

Oh, the really f2p steam accounts. I believe that if those guys buy something from the mann co. store, their accounts will be fully unlocked cause it's technically the same as buying TF2 before it went f2p.
