I believe dling means downloading.

The majority of games are in Japanese; most of the time there will be a "This game is not translated" at the top of the page. English translations will usually have a mention of it in the title, or have an exorbitant number of views and posts. arisato also posts a lot of translated games, so try checking out the posts he's made in his profile page. I would also suggest checking the tutorials in my signature if you're new to VNs.
