Fakku's Gaming Crew - Event 3!

WELCOME TO FAKKU'S GAMING EVENT 3!

On our previous event, we had a pool to see which were the more popular multiplayer game. Has you can see our top 3 were Left 4 Dead (Pc), Dota & Starcraft. From today to about mid June people will need to sign up on which of those three game they wish to participate. Then in mid summer (end June beginning July we will start the match up

DON'T FREAKING VANISH IF YOU SIGN UP TO THIS!There is also a requirement! 150+ Post,It's annoying to have to play with complete strangers.So gain your trust in this community!

I will post on the main page all the members who have signed up. Once they are done,I will create random teams and hopefully we can make brakets. Further rules will be discussed once we get closer to the competition. L4D will be 4v4 Versus OR Survival challenge (whoever gets the best time on selected map ~ Don't cheat), 3v3 to 5v5 in Dota and 2v2 or 3v3 in Starcraft.

Unlike last time there will be NO set time on the match. What we will do, once everyone is signed up and team are organize, both team will need to coop together to get the match going. Since its during summer, most of us should be on vacation so it shouldn't be much of a hassle. BUT if we manage to get a decent amount of people and create a braket, if one of the team does NOT cooperate they will be disqualify!

and this is a MAYBE!- there will be a PRIZE this time. It coming out of my own pockets. Since in no way I am able to give a decent prize to 12 people. Those who won names will be put in a box and I will randomly select the winner of a prize. But like i said, its a MAYBE, it kinda sucks to win in a game to finally lose in a random thing like that. But in the end we're not here to win prize, I just want us to play game has a community and have fun.

Voted SC since it's the only game i have on my comp atm, and it's the only one im somewhat good at.

I can join in on WC3 games too, but i suck ass.

The other ones i don't have or can't handle, especially L4D.

Its not about being good or bad. Its really about having fun.

exactly why I choose SC, i tend not to lose as quickly as the other games, and its the only one I have/good at right now

Oh wait, is this PC only? I have the 360 version of left 4 dead. D: If it's PC, feel free to subtract a vote from L4D.

I'm going with Starcraft, since it's the only game I both own and have not lost the CDkey to.

Well, if I dig around, I may be able to unearth my Frozen Throne key, but little chance of that.

CSS I can go with, but only on a non-steam server.

I'd play everything except for CS Source (Don't have it on Steam.) and TF2. I placed my vote on DotA though, mainly because that, while I have played Frozen Throne custom maps for years, I've never played a serious round of DotA before, and this way I'd have some people explaining everything to me and I could kill two birds with one stone.

I have Team Fortress 2, Left 4 Dead, Counter-Strike:Source, and Starcraft but I can't decided which to vote for. TF2 sounds like it would be a pain to set up, L4D has been done, I never got into CS, and I suck at Starcarft and have never use Himachi before. :? Decisions decisions.

Also, I thought you could create your own server in TF2 like if you can't find a server in L4D.

Oh damn I'll definitly be there as long as my college classes don't interfere :? , but I'll only be able to play Starcraft or Warcraft III.

But DotA would be hella fun!!! (Obviously this is what I've voted for.)

Left4dead would be cool to, but as long as its for the console, so if its just an event for pc games then you'll have to count me out for that one. I hope more people get in this that way I can pwn more peeps 8) .

I wont vote since I can't promise I could make it but the games I can play on that list are Starcraft and Warcraft III.

Note: I'm not actually very good at either of these games but I don't really care since it'd still just be cool to do something as a group.

Yeah i forgot about that. And for himachi, don't worry i'll post a tutorial in here soon for how things will work.

Yeah I'm thinking of doing it later for the week-end. We still got 2-3 weeks before the event so I'm not worrying too much atm. But by Friday I'll post in the random section for more people to see.

I could play DOTA forever and never get sick of it, so i voted for that.

Id also play a normal game of WC3 too.

I'll post in the Random section for more views. Hopefully that could get a few more people. Left 4 Dead seems to be one of the stronger option. Dota still new a few more and same thing for SC.
