from the looks of its everyone =/
they only ever seem to snipe weak level npcs
I mean thats how it is for me right now since I took out more of the prey that stay in open areas...
but these guys only ever seem to use vats...
and their vids have a good ammount of time doing nothing... what they can't edit it and put all their best kills together?
