Check you movelist. It can only be done after 6 chants though.

Dunno what exactly it is you're having trouble with. Just keep practicing..let me put it this way: after i did a series of combos on ground, i hit the cpu to the air and i follow by jumping. but i only manage to hit square triangle and circle (3 hits)only, it game JUST wont let me continue my air combos no m,atter what i press. but in the trailer the archer sends cpu into the air and did 5 hits!

@akagi: if you look at the damage/combination missions, you'll see a lot more monster combos. 5 hits is just too little lol. I can't do it too, but well, that's why practice is needed.

Just go download a movelist from gamefaqs if you don't have the english version, then. :\

@akagitenshou - archer launcher in PSP ver is back, forwards M, then you can just jump L,M, doublejump L,M,H.. simple, not a lot of damage, but it's easy.

It's probably better to play the PSP version anyway. The PS2 versions execution barrier is so damn high that it prevents the game from being fun.

during tutorial there is one that says press R (reflect guard) during combos to prolong your combo? i tried but all it does is just r.guard. i playing ps2 version by the way.

its like~ roman cancel from GGXXAC+ (the reflect guard) but can also be used as a counter attack..
lancer has a loop combo~ so its not much of a problem~ XD
