Favorite game of 2011?

What's your favorite game of 2011....and Recommendations??

Dead Space 2. Hands down.

My body was not ready for the amount of games released in 2011. I guess my favorite would have to be Saints Row: The Third.

I enjoyed Gears of War 3, Child of Eden, Disgaea 4, and Shadow Of the Colossus.

Catherine is probably the game i had the most fun playing. Uncharted 3 is a close second.

Batman: Arkham City was pretty damned good, Rage has to be my new favorite FPS game out there, and Saints Row: The Third was every bit as over-the-top as I came to expect out of the franchise.

Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3. But I'm biased because I mostly play fighters anyway.
Another one is Sonic Generations. It's like a love letter to every fan that endured all the crap that Sega put them through.

Catherine definitely, while I did rage at the fact that some of the fucking levels where harder than shit, I still enjoyed the challenge and the story itself.

Portal 2, Forza 4, Saints row 3

Dynasty Warriors Gundam 3

Skyrim and BF3.

No one play Gundam vs Gundam Extreme on PS3? That one is also a very good game with KOF 13.

Star Wars: The Old Republic

Football Manager 2012. Yes, I love soccer.

Skyward Sword/Batman: Arkham city.

Well to be fair, I only bought three games that came out for 2011: Dragon Age 2, L.A. Noire and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. So of that list, it would most definitely be L.A. Noire. Skyrim will probably wait until a GOTY comes out. I just can never justify purchasing a Bethesda title until there is a GOTY version. Too much DLC, for too much of a price. Fuck that.

Just my own opinion but Catherine is one of the Hardest and Best games I've ever played. It's fun and a lil' bit pissy off (falling down and stuff)...anyway the story and cutscenes are my favorite part it follows eight views or endings, it can be Vanilla, NTR, and Freedom!!!!
