So whats your fave MMO?mine is this game calledAdventureQuest Worlds
it plays right in your browser
is updated weekly
NO downloads needed
free, unless you want to pay to become a paying player to get even cooler stuff or a special currency called ACs(Adventure Coins)
Seasonal events, right now the event is called "mogloween".
though there is it's downside
lags during updates
MANY items you have to pay to get
limited customization
no PvP,yet
no stats,yet
lots of "noobs"
leveling up takes awhile
low level cap of 20
low rank cap of 10
you need a group to take on some of the "stronger"bosses.all in all I enjoy playing it.
sorry for rambling on.

Best Master-San
well, my most favorite now is DFO
action packed, and will not bore me to death with monotone continuous grinding.
other MMO that I quit
Ragnarok Online = Grinding and money ....
Gunbound = I don't do math....
Pangya = Hate the equips
02jam = just grew tired of it
Xian = hate the battle system
RyL = grinding
Rising Force = don't like the animations.
Shin Megami Tensei =SLOW
hmm.. I think that's that.

Kind of Important
A ray of Tsunlight.
Oh boy. My favorite genre of games here. Guild Wars is the ones I spent the most time on, followed by Warhammer Online, EVE Online, the list goes on. Hell, I still play all of them.
Anywho, Guild Wars in my favorite (I'm including all the expansions) can't wait for GW2. I am playing that DFO that was pointed out here, and it's actually pretty entertaining.

I've played-
EVE
City of Heroes
City of Villains
Exteel (I wonder if this counts as an MMO)
Dungeon Runners(I did't like this one)
Tabula Rasa (Blows how it got shut down)
So if I had to choose...hmmm... Maybe EVE because I got some massive ass ships.

Its between Guild Wars and Maple Story
Guild Wars: Great game but once you beat it IMO you need a guild or atleast some friends to help you keep motivated.
Maple Story: Same as Guild Wars.
Runescape: Never again.
Cabal Online: The game is basically "Ohhh look at me I can do fancy show offy skills, but all I can do is grind all day.

DFO: I found the 3d play of mmos cliche' and found a 2d snes kind of play which I recognize from my childhood.

Defi RO(Ragnarok Online), on the international servers.
The game itself isn't that good, since it's mostly grinding for hours and hours. But I love that game because it's more like a community than a game. I spent more time chilling out with dudes from all over the world than actually playing the game.
I've tried out to many games to list them here, as I barely remembers the name of half of them. But EVE is cool, if you have the patience to get into it. I think, since I never did. WoW is also a great game, if you look past the fact that the majority of players are jerks.
Lately I've hooked on Dragonica, being a simple and childish game it suits my tastes perfectly. Also this was a nice game because it didn't have lot of players, and I found some nice people to hang out with. But in the end I got tired of it, and is now waiting for RO2.

I find RuneScape to be an intro to MMO's for most.
Star Wars Galaxies has always been my favorite, but don't play currently because of the $15 a month...

I cant get enough of beating the shit out of other players for no reason all day!
-cool outfits
-New swords and guns each month
-clans
-Touchdown and Death matches
"It even improved my Hand-Eye coordination!"

Forever will be World of Warcraft.
I don't care what ANYONE has to say about the game... and even what I have to say about it for that matter. I have quit that game at least 5 times now, but I come back every time.
It simply has something no other MMO does...
I would go on, but I don't think anyone cares(myself included).
Blizzard has accomplished an impressive feat, that is all.
