Favorite stealth kill maneuver

Among the games I've played, such as a knife through the neck, neck snapping, poison, backstabbing and even the use of the piano wire, what is your favorite among the stealth kills?

I personally like the neck-snapping, since its clean, can kill instantly or a painful the by the lack of blood circulation and lack of oxygen, plus doesn't take to much effort especially when the target is caught off surprise, however, if an involuntary move such as the head moving as the same direction of the intentional move then it has no effect.

Creep on the enemy, grab him and seal his mouth with one hand, and knife him in the neck with the other, Crysis 2 style.

Lets just say BF3

the way you kill a person when you stab them is just awesome... though if you listen carefully you can hear it when someone gets stabbed. I ran up to a guy facing me once and stabbed him in the face...

or when you snipe a guy in hardcore mode and they have no idea where you are because there is no kill-cam...

though the 12x zoom glint is annoying when trying to be stealthy.

How is this for s stealth kill?



I cannot really choose I like em all.

Especially the plastic bag ones it is so resourceful.

The Tenchu games have some really good ones, nothin like oldschool ninja stealth action.

In hitman, splinter cell and mgs you have to hide your bodies but in super mario the Goombas fucking disappears!!
And thats what i call stealth!

In MGS3, I used to hide and shoot the enemy in the legs and arms to 'torture' them and then I finish them off. :)

Playing Skyrim, comes crouching onto enemy, gets empty hands out.

Cracks the guys skull on own knee, backwards.

Could not reproduce, still trying.

Nothing like a good 'ol fashioned prison-style shanking.

Any game that allows you to use an arm blade is alright in my book.

Take a pick, although one of my all-timers is slitting the throat of the guy playing the violin.

Where as you shoot the guy, and lift up his body so that he still looks 'alive'

For me > Anything involving knives. I remember an episode of NCIS where the hitman stabbed her target in the neck and sliced outwards.

Anyway, if I had to snatch one strictly off a game, I'd have to pick the stealth knife kills in battlefield 3, when you shank off a sniper unaware of his surroundings.
