Capcom & Konami have always been favs due to the Mega Man & Castlevania stuff. jRPGs of course go to Enix & Squaresoft or Square Enix now.
Capcom also has the Street Fighter games and they have always been my fav fighting franchise. Breath of Fire III is a great RPG too.
Squaresoft at one point were gods amongst mere mortals, if you like RPGs anyway.

Used to like Squaresoft before the merger. Nowadays...probably Capcom, Konami and Betheseda. Each have successful franchises.
