And for people thinking BlazBlue is execution heavy... that's one of the least technically demanding games out.. never, EVER touch Guilty Gear if you have problems with BB.This QFT.
I just recently started paling Blazblue for the PSP one, and combo executions are much easier than Guilty Gear.

I wished they kept in instant death rather than astral heat.
Its just fun pulling it on a friend and they go WTF.

On a serious note though, if you do plan on playing fighters, the $100 or so for a good arcade stick is well spent.
"My fingers hurt!"
That's because you're putting all that stress on one finger. If you're playing on stick, its easier to relax, because rather than pushing your thumb around, you're using your wrist.. which is much easier.
"The moves are hard to do!"
Same as above. Its easier since yor wrist has a much wider range of movement than a finger does.
"What about combos"
Its easier to assign 1 or 2 buttons per finger than it is to have one or two do all the work, you know.
"But I haven't ever played in an arcade and I dunno how to use it right"
Arcades don't have much to do with it, the arcade scene is dead in all but japan anyways... and most tournaments and events are on console anyway. If you aren't used to playing on one... practice makes perfect.

Its a matter of preference whether or not you choose to invest in a fighting stick lol
I used to have wrist pains from playing Guilty gear on the PC.
I now have elbow pains cause I play it occasionally on my laptop lol.Nothing soft to cushion my elbows(god i sound so weak ><)
