Football Manager

Does no one here plays this game?
I've used the search forum function but no one EVER made a post about it, so I'd figure that I should make one.

Personally, this is one of my top game list, which I must have every season.
The release of FM's newest game, FM 2012, is 21 Oct 2011, so damn, I'm anxiously waiting for it.
My favourite team when playing FM is Arsenal, as they have somewhat the same vision as me (use young player only=loli), but dunno, maybe I'd change this time, seeing Arsenal's teamsheet this season is just... hopeless.
My ultimate formation is 4-3-1-2, where the MC is the playmaker, and I need at least 1 ST as complete forward (I use Van Persie), very fluid philosophy and attacking-overload mentality.

So, post everything you want about Football Manager here, discuss everything, starting from players, tactics, staffs, training schedule, etc.

I started playing FM 2011... And using Arsenal as well haha.

Transfers aren't up to date so here's my formation:

Almunia
Sagna - Koscielny - Vermaelen - Clichy
Nasri - Fabregas - Wilshere
Walcott - VP - Arshavin

What Arsenal lacks is good young goalkeeper.
I advise you take a look at Alphonse Areola from PSG.

And man, why did you just started playing FM11? Why play it if 12 is coming out soon?

Meh necrobump, just want to say that Football Manager 2012 is already out.
And it's freaking epic.

Id like to play a Football management sim and should play one (Used to play Champ Manager in the early 2000's) but reviews always put me off from buying one so I lose interest.
