Fucking Skyrim.

so for some reason i feel like playing through this game again so i did.
now this is what happend:
i was on my way to complete a quest that had taken AGES to finish
"lol new cave? shure! a-herp-derp-derpidy-derp."
half way through the cave a fucking troll shows up out of no where and since i was low-level character i of course died.
then i said to myself "meh what ever. i'll just turn around and walk out the cave as soon the game loads."
then it loads and i go "wtf? why am i standing in a major city?"
then i look at my quests and i realize. the fucking game. didn't auto-save... *die*

now tell me have you been tormented by any kind of bull- i mean shenanigans that resembles this particular... episode?

I played through Dead Island for about 2 hours until I died and realized It wasn't saving. I raged quit with the force of 1,000 suns.

P3. I freaking hated enemies that used charm. Gay shit man.

Oh god, you just reminded me that I went through P3 for 2 1/2 months in-game and forgot to save since I was so into it. Ended up dying by the ones that used charm. I raged so hard.

You had to of been really into it to not save for that long. I save a ton when playing games. But yeah charm was a bitch to deal with.

Disgaea, I gained about 300 levels then i forgot to save and my PSP died.

/laharl level 3600 something with 400+ hours clocked in, lose r4 with its save file.

Was playing Final Fantasy 12 when I got seriously lost for like an hour. After killing everything and gaining idk how many lvls, items, and all that I took a wrong turn into an area and got instagibed. I could not play that game for a month afterwords.

I always remember to save every 15 minutes of gaming and after every quest.

me 10 years old or so, i get my 2nd system a PS1 and i get this game, Legend of Legaia (ancent history i know but hear me out). Im happily playing this game, not really knowing what im doing, but doing ok for 10. This guy joins my party and is like "yo dawg can i fight this guy who you wont see for like, 20 more hours of game play on my own" and im like "yeah man its chill". I finally get to the point where hes talking about, and the guy in my party walks out like "don't worry guys i got this" and i cant beat him... im stuck for like 3 days on this one final boss guy, and cannot beat him. I traded my ps1 in to get a n64 about a year later and this game haunts me to this day, im half tempted to go get a ps1 and that damn game and finally beat it.


but on a more recent note, Gained like 6 levels in skyrim, beat the thieves guild quest line, only to be eaten by a randomly spawning dragon causing me to go back to square one.....

Thats why I save after EVERYTHING and ANYTHING that I do.

I steal a bunch of items

save

kill a monster

save

bitch slap some ho

save

that way I find out I fuck or am gonna get fucked I can always reload

Its a lesson I learned from all RPGs I've ever played

I played Skyrim all day for a single achievement and turns out it's glitched because some town member decided "Hey! Let's go kill ourselves!" and they are the only person who you can get the quest from.

This is exactly what I do. For example I already have about 1000+ saves in skyrim right now.

HAHA I forgot what number save I was after it went into triple digits

I never played Skyrim...
Until I took an arrow to the knee.

Played Dragon Age 2, 100% completion, all side quest done, then my computer died on me. Whats even worse is that I recently did the exact same thing again. Hopefully I can recover the savefile this time 'round.

I've got to a point where the they've scaled the enemies a bit too high I can bare it a bit but it's getting a bit silly I can only fight using stealth, occasionally I get attacked by a pack of about 4-5 high level creatures the kind you found hard to fight one on one (I normally get killed). Dragons are still easy too fight though.

I also lost a play through on Oblivion where I done almost every thing and I couldn't be bothered to replay it after loosing it. The character creation is also a bit of a pain after playing Skyrim.
