Guild Wars 2 Beta Weekend!!

Whos excited??? I know I am!!! comeone, I know im not the only person on Fakku excited about Friday :D

I want to get intentionally addicted to this game so I don't go around buying every other full retail game, [size=10]I'd need to learn how to hustle meth on the streets to get enough money to get every game that looks interesting to me this year.[/h]

I don't like paying for shit on monthly basis (fuck gas bills), so this game seems like a great choice to me. The only other games I'm getting this year are DmC, Black Ops 2, and Torchlight 2. [size=10]Diablo 3 was shit. The download time was longer then the "demo" last weekend. Torchlight is $20 and it's a better diablo then diablo 3.[/h]

I was kind of hesitant about the Beta weekend, because I have to work on my master's thesis. But since Finished half of it yesterday, I figured I could afford a 2 light-on-work schedule. Pre-purchased yesterday and have the client ready. Should be good.

@Kaizzy - it seems you just have a weak-to-average connection. It took me a total of 30 minutes to DL D3, and about 3hours for GW2.
And since I've never played other Diablo (or Diablo-like) games, I enjoyed it very much :D

Yeah I feel you on not wanting to pay monthly fees. Its the reason I switched from gaming on xbox to PC. I never played Diablo 3 but a friend of mine said it was good... then again he never played the 1st Diablo so I dono >_>







Woah... goin for the big one I see. Anyways, yeah this game should be fun. I actually pre-purchased the game back in February from gamestop because of how excited I was about this game... also because I had money and I knew that if I waited I would never have the money to buy it later and of course I Was right >_>;

Installing the client at the moment. Really excited for it, since i love Guild Wars and i've seen so much great footage from the second one.

Yeah I have my client installed and ready. I use to play the 1st guild wars back when it 1st came out. After the beta for the 1st expansion of the game I kinda quit because I was broke and upset that I couldnt play as the new characters. xD

I forgot to enter in roughly two months ago.

I still hate myself.

If you like I will take plenty of screenshots and try to make pvp videos or pve videos even tho I will probubly suck :(

I'd like it better if I could use your account. Of course, I'm joking. If you want to take pictures and videos, that'd be awesome. I'd like to see how fun this game will be and if it has enough potential to open my wallet.

I screenshots will be easy, tho because I dont have the most powerful gaming computer videos may be somewhat of a challange but I will still give it a try ^_^;

I gave up on it once I heard they're gonna have that shitty gold system (basically, buy it, sell in-game, in resume: Official gold selling)

I'm more intersted in seeing /v/'s mesmer guild.

I didn't even know it was this weekend.

I got the beta invite and was really excited...then I realized that I wasn't going to be home this weekend and wouldn't be able to play.

O wow... that sucks. I would be sick if that had happened >_>;
