Only Ferroseed/Ferrothorn. And the grass type with poison typing are neutral to poison.

Hmm but if the grass has poison don't that make them being afraid of ground as poison is weak to ground.Ground x Grass 1/2, Ground x Poison 2.
So Ground x Grass/Poison is 2(1/2) = 1. Neutral.

So Ground x Grass/Poison is 2(1/2) = 1. Neutral.
Ooo so it become neutral. Hmm if thats so isn't having some other type attack would be better? Like fire/flying/ice type would be a good back up?

It's called coverage, and is very common for competitive battling sir.
Though you need to make sure the coverage move is really worth it.
For example, Excadrill hitting Tyranitar. It can choose Earthquake (x2) or Brick Break (x4). It would seem like Brick Break is the superior option, but that isn't the case. Earthquake is.

No, Flamethrower is better......*shrivers*

Nido doesnt get STAB on either of them and Flamethrower does x4. Not to mention it has superior SpA than Atk.
All in all, you need to factor in the stats, the move type and how effective it is, STAB and also ability/items.

Hmm man being a monotype gym leader sure has lots of difficulties lol.
Man i myself don't know what moves i should put for Dugtrio lol seeing that it's moves is quite limited.
Oh yeah also doesn't this mean Ground is mostly screwed if we fight the flying types? as Earthquake will not be able to hit which cause us to loss our STAB advantage?

Yes but almost all ground pokemon learns rock moves to hit flyers with.
And yes monotype sucks. It's too easy, which is why the game chooses it. To let kiddies beat the game without too much thinking.
As for Dugtrio, make use of its ability; Arena Trap. By that I mean pack moves that help take out things that it traps, as it'll be better considering Dugtrio has average attack, quite high speed and laughable bulk.
