Juno from Megaman Legends. Its not that he was so hard, its just that I had the japanese version and had no idea how to upgrade my blaster. 40 mins of dodgeing and watching his life slowly....dwindle....down....

And Sephiroth in Kingdom Hearts 1 & 2. If you have ever heard stories of his difficulty, and people are like "OMG FUCK HE SUCKS THIS IS TOO HARD!" then believe them. it took me millions of tries to beat him. When I DID beat him I jizzed in my pants ^^

I dont know why everyone says KH2 Sephiroth is hard, I whooped him second try (Died first time because I didnt notice the reaction command in the beggining). Used beserk skill and kept hitting him with constant combos.

Sephiroth in FF7, because it's a two parter. Part one was easy but part 2 is a pain in the ass.

for me it was MGS 1 Psycho Mantis without changing the controller, heck my 2nd port was broken and i took him out with fist in about 1 hour (yes shots will always miss him, i dont like wastin bullets)
Parasite Eve 2 in Scavenger Mode, the Ultimate Being, heck with only 10 HP what would i do...
Devil May Cry 3, Vergil in Dante Must Die mode is such an ass... keep regenerating tons of health whenever transform into demon (i believe some1 else has posted a vid about it)
and maybe Luca Blight from Suikoden 2? i remember my only party who won against him is the 3rd party, and only the main hero is the survivor (and yes it get him up to lvl 50 from lvl 25 or so... no kidding about this one..)
