How the hell do I contact EA regarding bans?

Long story short, I got my EA account suspended for having the word "f*cked" on a Spore creation, because the community on there can't handle such a naughty word.
The problem is, because my EA account's been suspended, I can't even log in to Spore to fix the problem. When I get unbanned I'm scared someone else is going to report the creation and I'll get banned again for the same thing, because that has happened before.
All I want to do is contact EA directly regarding my account and have been searching for their customer support e-mail address for a good hour now. But all I get is their not-very-helpful Customer Support page which doesn't even work properly or help me in the slightest. Now I've got the hugest headache known to mankind.
So, does anyone have their e-mail address?
