Is it possible to upgrade Galaxy Eagle i to ver 1.4.3 in DS ver 1.4.1?

I've updated the DS to ver 1.4.3 without the knowledge of the consequences of GEi r4 being unused in that DS. I've been wondering if I can fix it if I upgrade GEi r4 to ver 1.4.3 in other DS ver 1.4.1.
