[Locked] Katawa Shoujo

It's an American Visual Novel about girls that disabled one way or another. It's awesome. It's inspired from a doujin, cannot recall the name but will put it here later. It's still in development but you can try the 'demo' out.

just want to point out, it was not inspired by a doujin, it was just some rough sketches of an extra page in the doujin.

Developed by 4chan by the name 4 Leaf Studios, it's far from the stereotype of 4chan.

This VN has the weight of KEY games, with some original twist.

The trial has a great potential for WIN.

Very true and shouldn't be underestimated.

Writing is pretty spot-on, characters are enjoyable to see (especially Hanako and Lilly) and music is splendid. There may be some subtle references here and there if you understand, but is not necessary to just totally enjoy this trial.

Either way, for people looking or curious about this, you MUST try it. I just hope I don't die of anticipation waiting for the full version of this game

I really can't wait for the finished product, they've done an excellent job judging from the demo.

I've been trying to resist the demo myself, but it's nice to see the positive comments. Sounds like it really will be as good as it promised to be. Can't wait to see the finished version. :)

It goes to show that people who are handicapped need love too and they are capable of achieving a happily-ever-after ending. :)

Considering they're a team that gets together from all over the internet, they have done an INCREDIBLE job so far. This is the kind of project that gets a group recognized by bigger companies, it's a shame for that reason that visual novel production doesn't have any kind of establishment in the U.S. :/

I'm also kind of shocked no one has posted any screens yet.

I haven't really paid any attention to this game so far(it doesn't have any voices and im a picky idiot), although i admitt it looks good.

That said, i'll probably play through it when it's done, it's gonna be fun to see how good it's gonna be.

The demo is quite good. I am enjoying the story a lot and will be looking forward for the complete game, simple gameplay, good story and good artwork. A really good piece of work, I wouldn't say that is made by an amateur group.

i was wondering if anyone got any new info in regards to the game katawa shoujo that was posted here a few weeks back. info like a release date or another demo or mabye so more info on the story line and stuff like that.
