There's a FULL DETAILED FLOW-CHART. Here. It doesn't talk about anything other than the options, along with every possible ending.

Hah, finished Lily's arc just now, took some time and I thought I wouldn't enjoy her at all, but turns out that it wasn't so bad. I decided to do her arc last out of simple boredom (call me stereotypical, but at first she really didn't interest me at all) and yeah, that was just my preference, but huh I managed to finish it well. I'm naive enough to say that perhaps she was the easiest to complete from all my experience with the other heroines. Like wow first time through and not one scene left behind, I suppose being honest all the way is advantageous, if only I realized that earlier when I was doing the 4 other heroine's arc, but I doubt it would be the same case as Lilly's... or would it iunno simply thinking ftw. Was it just me or did I realize that this arc had an abundance of h scenes... those kinda threw me in the game hah. But like Rin's arc, the Act 4 just kinda swirled me up into a ball of confusion, because yes I honestly thought that the game would end at that point where he faints at the airport... but after awhile when he's in the hospital, I literally break into tears when Lilly appears before him, like dang that hit me hard for some reason. Of all things, I didn't expect an epilogue... Is her arc a special case? lol. the finale really threw me into despair, but after completing, I just realized that there isn't a neutral ending oo, just a good and bad. Glad I avoided the bad ending... but with all the scenes unlocked in the library, would getting the bad ending really be worth anything?
Well with all that's said and done, I'm satisfied with the story and all that good ness, and so i guess i can finally part from this game. My main objective was just to experience all the story behind the girls and I'm sure everyone appreciates that much from this game. I'm not a perfectionist, I'm happy with my seventy something% completion + an additional 27% on another drive cuz I ended up dl KS on the mac as well.
Huh now I guess I can sorta take a hit on which arc I enjoyed most in this game correct? My absolute favourite would be... Rin. To me Rin really stood out from the rest of the arcs, she was unpredictable, threw in despair, I'm that masochistic. I don't mind the love story-ish arcs, those imo being Emi's, shizune's, Hanako, and Lilly's. Yeah all the arc's have love in em, but Rin really did stood out for me, it not only made me happy most of the time, but completely left me hating life at one point in the arc. Yes that arc really was remarkable. They all got their share of suffering from psychological problems and moving on with the relationship, but Rin, yet once again, is basically all about those two things. I guess I'm saying that Rin has the most conflicts that truly intrigue me.
Hah time for a well deserved rest after playing this game for well over 2 weeks.

So finished the game today ending with Rin's route. After all is said and done, I really enjoyed this game. I've never played one of these before so it was a new experience.
After playing all of the routes and seeing most of the endings I'm amazed at the time and effort put into this. Yeah it sounded like it took a while but in the end it was amazing.
If I had to pick a favorite route I would have to sit back and think for a while since I liked all of the girls in some way or another. The number in front of these is the order I did them in.
(4)I liked Lilly's for its nice and cheery story. It made me really happy through the story but the ending was a big finale, going so far as to almost cry and then turn around and smile and fist pump the air like an idiot at 3 in the morning. Definitely my favorite story overall since I just fell in love with Lilly as a whole.
(3)Hanako's was touching. That's really all I can say about it. I can say that I started to care for her almost as much as Hisao did. Like its been stated a lot here, she is the one that you just want to hug and comfort. On a side note, I liked how there was another extra character with a name and face in her arc(taking about Miki here). Kind of wish she had an arc but I guess they already had two amputees so meh.
(1)Emi was a crazy rollercoaster of infinite energy. She entertained me at almost every turn. Her ending was happy and I'm glad things did turn out the way they did. Both hers and Hanako's I enjoyed because in the end you helped each become a better person in a very significant way.
(2) Shizune was very intriguing and when I began I had a strange feeling that she was going to be very dominating and it turned out I was correct. She was a funny character and her backstory was interesting. Wasn't too happy with the fact that hers was the one that I didn't get to do too many things with. There's only like one choice in the entire arc and its pretty obvious which does which. The great thing I liked about Shizune's was that it also delved into Misha a little too so I got two for the price of one even though I would have preferred a straight route for her only.
(5) Lastly I finished up Rin's today. I have to say she was the most........interesting. I can honestly say I wasn't very into the idea of Rin in the beginning so I specifically avoided her until I absolutely had to do her arc. I wish they would have elaborated on why she's that way since I have not met a person to date that is strange without a reason. Never the less her story ended up fascinating me the most in its oddity and I spent four hours(the longest I spent with any of the arcs) going through her story.
Thank you Four Leaf Studios. Your awesome and I love your game.

Well just recently finish Hanako story seeing both the good and bad ending... I never felt emotion as strong as the one I felt upon seeing the scenes of her simply panicking, the bad and the good ending.
Even if there was or wasn't any H scene, I am so thankful for 4LS on making this game (free in plus), never felt this emotional since that MGS2 with Otacon when his sister die T^T.

I'll finish the game eventually haha... eventually...

I did the same thing as you, the cure is lily's route, hell, I played it twice so I could delay doing Shizune's

Shizunes wasnt actually that bad, Lillys is better in everyway possible but shizunes isnt a complete failure like some people seem to think

Yeah it was better than I thought it would be, but it was longer than I expected, or the thing with Misha

Not once did I think that Shizune's arc was literally half baked until i read that the guy developing her arc quit half way for some reason... Her arc was long, but boy was I knocked off my chair when I heard Misha's side. Was I ever shitting bricks.

that Shizune's writer quitting is blatant misinformation and A22 is one of the oldest members of 4LS and has been the Shizune writer throughout the whole project.
