Leaf Amusement Soft Vol. 5

Finished downloading it recently and started playing Final Dragon Chronicle. Haven't seen anyone make one so here it is.

I got a few questions:
Are the playable characters capturable by the monster cards?
Did anyone capture the fruit monsters or the rogue? They seem immune to capture cards...

You can catch monsters?!
So, that's the use of those items, never really used them.
so, you catch them while they're weak right?


have been grinding my way to Dungeon level 7

everyone atm is at their 2nd class around lvl 16-25 :D

I'm just trying to capture all the monsters from dungeons 1-5.
got to the 6th portal. man i'm slow XD

EDIT: You know the last 3 items in the shop you can buy? They're like Pokeballs. Once you capture one you get to see the hidden side of these monsters :D

Demon
Werewolf
Flame user (?)
Archer
Swordsman
Orc
Taoist Lvl 2 (?)

Anyone capture those yet?

@manafusion: there are only 3 types of pokeballs and I've tried them all. Unless the wiki allows me to access it I'll have no way to capture them yet...

of course, the problem is that translating it using google doesnt load it.

EDIT 2: the ones with O symbol means they can be captured, the ones with X symbol means that they cant be captured.

i havent even got the game yet but:

summarised, if 「何事も起きなかった」 comes up after you throw the book(the capturing device), you are unable to capture that monster. it could be that it is non-catchable or that you already have in your possession another monster(the same monster?). the reason of highlight is to emphasize that some are uncatchable.

but if 「素早く身をかわした」 shows, you need to weaken the monster more before you are able to catch it

You can catch a type as many times as you want; they just form cards that boost your stats when equipped.

and maybe you could explain more on what you mean by 'type' for those who (probably) are gonna play. as said before i havent even touched the game and therefore can't help

EDIT: i just saw the manual. the prime difference between the 'pokeballs' you can buy is that they capture at varying health levels. obviously, the higher priced one is able to capture a monster at below a higher health level

By type I mean each species of monster (i.e. Goblin, Priestess, etc.) You can capture as many as you want as long as you can store the "pokeballs" in your bag.


This I noticed too. I think the highest level one is waaaay overpriced....

.... if you want infinite cash the cheating way, try using ce. its my favorite.

i COULD make a trainer if i had the game but since it is 4gb i am really lazy to dl. (note that i am lazy only when it comes to torrent)

Is that so? I'll get myself one if it gets translated. Cause it really seems interesting.

I might as well not play the game if I'm gonna use a cheat engine...
