Just finished this one; I don't usually necrobump threads, but when I do, it's to avoid creating a new thread/inform people that this visual novel made me cry like a bitch. Very surprising plot twist, and the story shattered my heart before patching it back together with an undeniably happy ending. God dammit KEY, this was an amazing game, and I feel like I missed out for not playing Clannad and the like--but I can't take them seriously because of how utterly derpy and deformed the artwork is.

Not playing Clannad means you're missing out on an epic even better than Little Buster ever was. Okay I've never read Little Buster so I have no idea, but man, Clannad IS THE ONE.

I don't know anything about Clannad, but I do know that this visual novel epitomized everything the Nakige format is about. This story is touching in a way I cannot describe, and after playing it, just listening to the title theme is enough to make you tear up. Definitely one of the best visual novels I've ever played--as in, easily in my top 5, no contest.

Wow I'm surprised there's still activity here. All Key games are worth the time and effort to play. I have no personal rank for each and every one of them as they are equally awesome and epic.
