Run everything in AppLocale if you have it or switch to Japanese System Locale. Before applying the patch, I suggest you rename the game folder to something in English in order to avoid errors with the English patch (ie. Period).

Didn't realize there were 2 masterlists that didn't contain the same information.

The main masterlist is not up to date and since the megaupload issue, if you want to be sure you're uploading something not yet uploaded, it's better to check the thread that I pointed before.
