-Kurogane Otome -Originally from Tsuyokiss, She's a Budo Master and also a Katana User.
-Kawakami Momoyo -don't think I need to explain much...lol
-Tachibana Serebu -Originally from Tsuyokiss Nigakki, From the Tachibana Family, she uses Manjushage a Katana. Can Also use 2 swords (Nitto-ryu)

I could see that we got:

Maru, Kokoro, Itagaki Big sis and two new characters as 'Heroines' so I'm sure they might move the original 5 characters aside or something.

Just checked the website for majikoiS. There seems to be a mystery character. Anybody has an idea of who it might be?

Momoyo route translation project is already 70%.
If the project moves 1% everyday,we will be playing translated Momoyo route around the middle of September.

Lol it does move about 1% everyday except if doesn't, the next day it goes about 4% or more.

Not really. You forgot the editing, testing, etc after the translation's finished.

He also just mentioned that the after story by itself is getting a separated progress status, so the waiting will go on for a little while.

But still, the quality that comes with that speed amazes me. You can hardly call it a fan-made translation patch. It's quite professional with no engrish, something which an official patch would most likely have.

There's plenty of "engrish" from the raw translation itself lol. Yandere just has decent editors and beta testers to catch stuff. I myself was an editor on a law journal during law school for example. Those two or so weeks post translation aren't for nothing heh. Even then, not everything is perfect, although the majority of that is stuff that was spotted but tinkering with it would mess with the original Japanese.

They started June, now they're roughly at Chapter 6 or 7 (there's 11 chapters). Plans to finish near December....

I still can't believe the speed and they're quality is OK after looking at their previews.

Actually, I heard some rumors about that group like how the translator(s) mainly use google translations and the group as a whole consists out of random people who got carried away after enjoying the anime series, not knowing the fundamentals of what it actually takes to make such a project work, hence the fast progress and ambitious deathline.

But that's /jp/ talk right there, could be bullshit. If it is, then I admire those people.

So got a question about Majikoi S, looked through the last few pages but didn't find an answer. How will it work? And what are they gonna add? More stuff to the current routes so we have to replay them? Will it be a totally stand alone, or can we like use our old saves to unlock progression/CG? Just finished Yukie route and was gonna wait till Momo route was done, but if there will be a longer route out maybe in a year I could wait for it. (And the rest)

-Other Characters are the main heroine, the original main heroine are now Side characters.
-Lol, Save Unlocks. VNs =/= Console Games. There are only a small amount of VNs that has that. eg: Baldr Sky, since it was made into 2 Parts.

Yeah.. Haven't played VN in a while so all that "normal" computer gaming have smitten off on how I think it works xD

Is there a translation for the fan disc? Kind of wanted to see what it's like to be with the side characters.

The fandisc isn't even out yet.

If it's Yandere Translations that will eventually take on Majikoi S, expect to wait a few years. They'll finish the main Majikoi game first, and Aiyoku no Eustia will most likely come after that.

So after that it will be like what? 2014?

Let's just hope somebody else does it then :/

Momoyo's route to 73% translated. I am so grateful for the fan translation. They are patron saints for us who doesn't have any knowledge in japanese.
