I just installed clean game and I wonder if I should patiently wait for next patch, or install the current one. Will it be possible to install upcoming over the old one? What about old saves?

The new patch will overwrite the old one and your saves will be saved. Also, I'm posting far too much in this thread. Two whole posts in a week, that's not normal for me.
