Yes, these are continuations of the original route in Majikoi, so it is like an expansion in that regard. The five new heroines include the 4 you mentioned and Monshiro (Kuki imouto).

Does Anyone have a Walkthrough for all the Translated Routes

You don't need them for anything but Momoyo's route so far. (which is posted on the Yandere website and here a few pages back) If you insist on using one though, try this.

Finished the Translated Route already.

Kinda a downer since the character route is so short, even the Prologue is much longer than the route.

There's a saved data on the main site. But if you want to be patient, then play Wanko route first then Teacher would be unlocked.

For example if I choose Chris' route, they're already a couple from the start? or start all over again with new events?..

Nope, I believe the story of Majikoi S will not focus on the original 5 heroines anymore, it will instead proceed on from the Agav route which hasn't been translated yet on the first Majikoi.

No. Again, you pick the route you want, whether it's a new route or one of the routes from the original Majikoi. That includes the 5 original heroines. If you pick say, Miyako's route, it continues from her after story. If you pick the agave route, it continues from there. If you pick a new heroine, it assumes Yamato never fell for anyone, if you pick the hermit crab route, it assumes Yamato is a god damn pervert, etc.
