Mass Effect 2 end results

for those who haven't finished the game DON"T READ THIS FORUM

what i want to know is how different the game can get. so to make this easier to read i want you guys to respond with these details.

1. did you import from ME1? if so what happened in your save file
2. male or female?(I don't know if this had an effect on anything to be honest just curious.)
3. were you a paragon, renegade or neutral.
4. did you accept everyone into your team or did you reject some.
5. who was your lover?(if you had one) if so why?
6. who died?
7. on your last major decision did you give it to Cerberus?
8. did you play one time through or more?
9. based on your experience what do you think will happen in ME3

here's my answers

1. yes, wrex lived, council lived, Anderson is part of council, rachni still exist, ash lived and was my lover of choice.

4. had the whole team joined.
5. tali was my lover. i wanted to see whats behind that mask and her figure look nice.(shame didn't get to see her naked though)
6. jacob and mordrid (probably spelled his name wrong. if so he was the doctor)

9. i think that Cerberus will make a weapon and some how it will back fire. more of my team mates will die. bang another girl and hopefully save the galaxy from doom.(again i still wish i could see tali naked)

1.First time without saves from ME, second time I used old saves from ME(all dead)
2.1 time male, 2 female.
3.As male paragon, as female renegade.
4.I accepted all(both times).
5.1 time Miranda because I was curious about her, second Kelly Chambers, because my female Shepard likes girls and all other possibilities were guys.
6.No one.
7.As paragon no, as renegade yes.
8.2 times.
9.In ME2 you were able to "cure" geths, help Krogans in ME save Rachni.My guess is that in ME3 they will gonna help you with Reapers(you will have your own small army).

1. Yes:
- Wrex lived and is now the leader of his clan, Urdnot.
- Saved Rachni Queen
- Ashley lived, Kaidan dead
- Liara love choice
- Saved Council, Anderson councilman.

2. Male - no significant changes, as far as I've seen except different love choice
3. Paragon all the way, except some inevitable +2 renegade here and there, but no more than max 20 I think... so 100% paragon, at any rate.
4. Recruited all members, completed all their loyalty missions.(saved geth for Legion's help quest, saved Tali from exile)
5. Was thinking of not cheating on Liara, but it was hard not to get interested in Tali and Jack. Finished the game with Tali as romance choice, then reloaded just to see Jack's (the paragon version of her romance)... Tali is still my fave ^_^
6. None died:
- All members loyal
- Garrus fire team leader both times
- Samara biotic specialist
- Legion tech expert
- Grunt escorted crew to ship
7. No, of course not. Had a feeling that Cerberus wanted to use it for more than just human advancement.
8. Am on the 2nd playthrough, right before you go to the human colony where you meet Ash again... want to continue it after more DLC is added, 'cause it's a little weird to recruit members and do quests after you finish the game...besides, I finished all secondary quests and depleted all planets before finishing it ^_^
9. Here's what I hope for: Shepard getting all his squad members from ME1 and 2 at his side, as well as new members in ME3. And we make new, unexpected allies and convince them and the old ones about the Reaper threat and build a grand army of all the unified known and some unknown new, hidden until now races to fight them and end the destructive cycle that they impose upon the galaxy, in a final glorious battle galactic battle. And I hope the game will be MASSIVE, and that the 1st half will be about getting your team back together and convincing your allies about the Reapers, and the second half about the whole battle with the Reapers (who have now reached the galaxy), which lasts for quite a few years. I also hope that they give even more texture to the Paragon/Renegade choices and make you able to either save the galaxy if you are full Paragon, or doom it by being full Renegade.

Based upon my decisions I think the known armies would be:
- Alliance Army
- Citadel Council Army
- Geth Army, now stronger from Legion's side quest
- Rachni army
- Part of Cerberus army (seeing as the Illusive Man is not happy with me blowing up the Collector Station, and maybe some people think he's wrong, some that he's right)
- The Migrant Fleet
- Krogan unified army, under Wrex's command
- Each race's individual army

I also hope that we find a home for the quarians, be it a new homeworld or (prefferably)their old one and that they coexist with the geth, should the latter be the case. I hope this is the case, and I think it's highly possible, since the geth have nothing against the quarians, who will maybe see their mystake against the geth.

1 ) Yes, I imported. Wrex was kept alive, the council was kept alive, the Rachni were kept alive and Anderson was put onto the council. I left Ashley to die at the clone facility place.
2 ) Male

4 ) I accepted everyone onto my team
5 ) I had no love interest in the first ME but in ME2 my love interest was Tali. The main reason why I did is that I always wanted to romance her in the original Mass Effect, but it wasn't possible. Now that it is possible in Mass Effect 2, of course I was going to do it
6 ) No one died on my suicide mission. All of them were Loyal.
7 ) I didn't give it to Cerberus, as they're all about Human dominance in the galaxy
8 ) I played a 2nd time through on that character to get it to the max level of 30. Everything was done the same (Romance, loyalty missions, ship upgrades, and selection for suicide mission. No one died again). I am currently doing a 3rd playthrough with a different character class, but using the import data from ME1.
9 ) I think that Mass Effect 3 is all going to be about recruiting other races and getting them on your side. Hence why saving the Rachni, have Wrex as the Clan Leader and saving the Geth on Legions suicide mission will help you significantly by bolstering your numbers against the reapers. The Quarians and Geth will either: go to war, not go to war and work with the Geth or attempt to Colonise other worlds depending on what you said to them in Tali's loyalty mission.
So in the end, you're gonna have a massive army with thousand, maybe even millions to help you face off the reapers. That's what my thoughts are anyway.
I also believe that your party members from ME2 will be in ME3. If they're still alive, there isn't anything that's more important than the impending reaper attack on the galaxy, so I believe that they're still gonna be part of your team and help you.

1. no, I had played it but! not knowing I would be able to do that, I deleted my save.

3. first play through, paragon. second, renegade (much funnier dialog)
4. I accepted all but Jack, I did her loyalty and then put her back into the airlock.
5. on my first play through, Miranda. second, Tali, just because she's adorable and is easily flustered and embarrassed.

7. on both play throughs I told the illusive man to go fuck himself
8. the first time it was a casual 22 hour play through, then the second time around it was an insanity run that lasted 24 hours. 1015/1015 Gamerscore
9. I'm guessing that the collectors bring in their whole fleet and all the races including geth must work together to abolish them. That and the Illusive Man having a much bigger part, other then being a little bitch about things.

1. No I did not, is thinking about re-running it with an imported character tho'.

3. Renegade/Neutral mostly, but sometimes I felt the urge to do something good.

5. None, I was thinking about it, but never got around to it. Had Liara and Ash as lovers in the first games and since no one of them showed up as a love interest... yeah...

7. I gave it to Cerberus, I know it's gonna come back and bite me in the ass though.

9. I dunno really, full scale war, people will die, hopefully they'll keep Garrus and Tali (My fav. teammates) around so I can kick some more ass.

6. Damn near everyone, which is why I'm replaying my shepard...

9. The council will realize their mistakes and organize the galaxy to prepare for the incoming reaper threat. Your part in this will be to talk to all the leaders of various orgnizations/planets and get them to join forces with the Alliance against the reapers. The main enemy will most likely be small pockets of geth and collector Resistance, and depending on your ending choice in ME2, Cerberus. Teammates will be chosen from who survived in ME1/2

8. Only one so far. I'll play another save with the current stats, then a female char with no ME1 runthrough.
9. Cerburus will come forward with the new tech, Council will warily co-operate/recognise Reaper threat as a possibility = organise a cautious, token defence effort across Alliance space, while you go around securing alliance promises from major races. Reapers will start blowing shit up, you fly to affected planets and co-ordinate defence efforts, picking up old squad along the way + extras depending on prior choices; finally the council is forced to accept it, and they help you get everyone together for a massive fleet attack gangfuck-thing.
