The epilogue of LEAVEs. (Which, in my opinion, is one of the most underappreciated visual novels, ever.)
Namely, it's narrated by the main villain of the story, fresh out of rehab, a year after the events that occur within the story, and finally gives you some insight into why she is the way she is and what she plans to do now.
It's also unbelievably heartwarming and yet tragic at the same time. I cried like a little girl.
