I've only played the Metroid DS game and Metroid 3, I honestly didn't care for the much, they weren't bad but they weren't much fun for me or very exciting.

But from the looks of this I may gain some liking to the series, nice to see the series is being taken in a different route. I'll most likely be buying this.

i didn't like much the 1st persons metroid,
this one look much better, like the gba ones...

Ok, Though i liked the First Person Shooter thing Because it was mad Fun With the Wii i think goin to the Original Side Scrolling thing is Pretty Cool.

Who Knows maybe it requires a bit less Rendering Cause the Frames are less complex....Which means it takes up less space on the disk....Which means a lot more Gameplay :D

Well, I'm a lil against this third person shootin cus I'm more of a first person shooter but who knows, maybe I'll like it :P
Also I think it'll be more hard since when youre in third person mode u can't see what;s scanable and not so you'll have to be constantly changing from one another, plus i can't wait too see the new melee action moves

AH HA. Thanks. I didn't know there was a new trailer out. Been following this game for a while. Fucking love Metroid and Samus. I just hope her talking doesn't ruin it for me. Other than that this game looks bad ass.

When you say Metroid 3, do you mean Super Metroid or Metroid Prime 3? Also, Metroid games are never what a normal person would call "exciting".

Anyway, I'm looking forward to Other M. I love having more backstory and world-building.

Metroid Prime 3, I think the 2D ones I'd enjoy more to be honest.

looks great, Team Ninja really did a great job with taking care of Nintendo's heroine daughter.

I doubt this will promote anymore doujins of Samus though. Her original Metroid games were already good and popular, it's just that most video game doujins only get a minuscule amount made compared to animes. Artists just seem to be more interested in drawing doujins for popular animes (even if they're bad)then make them for games. A lot of popular games lack doujins, but they're still exists a huge amount of hentai pics though. You rarely can find doujins though, and most of the time they're by artists who aren't well known or popular compared to others. well i myself find everything exiting cus if u missed something u gotta do it again!! and if u already did it, u gotta do it again but harder & faster &/OR less pick ups (speed runs)

Wow. Other M looks beautiful so far, but it also looks complicated.
Also, was that Mother Brain in the trailer? It would be awesome if Mother Brain was the final boss again.

I like how its kinda going back to its side scrolling origins.

Im sure to enjoy it.
