Is it just me or the download for the translation patch is not there? Can't seem to see it on Amaterasu Translations page.

I installed game perfectly fine but when i hit PlayGame button i get error stating {1500 please insert original disc!] what am i doing wrong here?
*Edit* i give upi tried re-downloads and unpacking it several diffrent way re-installed it but no matter what i get please insert original disc. :*(

Try
1) Mount the Muvluv Extra iso
2) Install using Amaterasu's installer, not the autoplay installer.
If not, try redownload from this source or any other places you can find on google if you dled it from here. This thread seem to have lots of problems.

no matter how much i google it or look at link you provided i cant get the Patch they all take me to partial translations or Amaterasu's site which has no more download. Does anyone mind uploading the patch to something Like megaupload the completed version before it was taken down?

Haha, it's funny how although I went through the trouble of finding the link from another forum, another person links my post and gets the appreciation instead.
As for the problem people are having. I am not sure what programs you are using, but for this game, I've had trouble using virtual driver mounting programs other than daemon tools. MagicDisc failed me for this one game and I haven't found an Alcohol that would work with Win7. Daemon tools seems to work perfectly fine though. Not sure if this'll help.

I am already using daemon tools.
Edit: Nvm. I did a google search instead of waiting and found that you must have system locale set to Japanese for this to install or it won't detect disk 2. I guess I'll do that after I finish downloading Alternative since the patch for that was leaked now.

need help when I try to install the game it said this doesn't seem to be the correct version of muv-luv dvd ver. (2004/04/30. do you still want to install the game. I version I download was I got it from here.
