Well I found out today from my neighbor who works at a gamestop theres no chacne of any pull from the shelfs its being released on Nov.10 where I live...I'm goin to the midnight release XD AND! theres a dunkin donuts like 2 stores down open 24 hrs so hot coffee FTW!

I can see places such as Wal-Mart not selling it, but they cannot 'ban' a game in the US... that simply does not happen for such trivial matters. There is a warning label for a reason, Activision has done what they need to do in order to inform the masses.
