Well, this game isn't licensed in the United States, so I don't really see a problem. Granted, you're a Global Moderator and know the rules better than I do, but isn't it fine if it's a link to a page that gives a link to a torrent so long as it doesn't violate the rules?

It's not technically against the rules and that's why I didn't do anything about it. I'm just saying it's a bad idea in general. You know, the government and all. Doesn't really matter that it's not licensed in the U.S.

well im sorry if its causing a few problems its just i realy want to play it and i can unzip a file but rar is a problem

winrar is free isnt it >.< and i think 7zip can open rar files

Winrar is free, and I've never had any troubles that weren't self-inflicted with it. It's perfectly safe so long as you don't download files that are loaded with viruses.
