I absolutely love Mount & Blade, but I haven't played Warband yet, aside from the beta. From what I've seen it's the same game with a couple new features and enhancements, but I'll probably get it anyway since I love it so much.
M&B has my favorite medieval combat, both on foot and mounted (but mostly mounted).
