New Games to Look Out

On the translated front (not really new or anything) JAST USA has new titles in the translated query from Nitro+ to be localized. They included:

Saya no Uta ~ The Song of Saya
Kikokugai: The Cyber Slayer
Hanachirasu
Sumaga (finally making its self-present)
Outlaw Django ~ Zoku: Satsuriku no Django (written by Urobuchi Gen and a collaborative translation with TL wiki)
Seinarukana
Starless

These will were display at Anime Expo 2011 on the July the 2nd.

I would normally be enthusiastic about more English releases, but lately it seems like the companies in the business a.) can't pick shit to translate themselves b.) can only pick games already translated/bring translated to piggyback on >_

I am sort of enthusiastic, but most of these titles have already been fan translated or were worked on. Yet, that is business for you. Might have also been some other factors or maybe JAST trying to license fan translations quick as possible. I am not sure entirely...

I'm sure it's to develop a good relationship with Nitro+ (read: easier to get future products)and to develop a fan base in the West, blah blah blah. Kinda rubs me the wrong way that they won't touch anything without voices though. Then there's the other end of the spectrum with MangaGamers who've just butchered voiced games ^_^ Oh well.

Lol mangagamers, can't make a decent deal with their economic state. Honestly haven't updated this for while, since there are really no "notable" VNs, except the usual nukiges. I would post about To Heart 2 DX Plus.. lol remake. I'm buying the limited edition though...specifically from Softmap... XD
