I read about it awhile back on pspgweber.com.
http://www.pspgweber.com/1079/rumor-ninja-gaiden-in-work-for-ps-vita-.html
It's said that it's only a rumor, but they speak of it as though it's been confirmed. Wouldn't be surprised if it was or will be in development.

I'm a little worried about this one. The developers said something about you doing more ninja stuff and it looks like we're going to be using the hell out of that finishing move. But, it will be great. It just might not be the Ninja Gaiden I'm used to.

I got to play the demo at Akon this year. I enjoyed it. What did strike me as odd was why they decided on bringing their dev kits. But that might be because of the heavy traveling.
And yea you do tend to use that finishing move a bit more than usual... Not that I mind it much some people like that addition, though most of them dislike how fast the finisher stacks on. It felt that the difficulty has taken a minor hit. The end boss for the demo was nice. Feel free to ask me questions about it. I rather not make this post too long.

Man... I'm sure this game is just going to be as hard as the others. I hope so, that bloodlust attack worries me a bit.

Itadaki is not part of the crew this time around if my memory serves me right. And with the father of the series not present.....it's not a real NG game.

You might need to link me to this "bloodlust" attack.

IIRC, apparently, the NES version is suppose to be harder than the current gen versions.

This pretty much covers the exact game demo I played [the E3 2011 one] The attack is mentioned in the end. Sadly this guy's impression seems a bit negative with the QTEs in the game. Personally, it'll help introduce the game to a wider audience but I do agree with how it feels a little out of place [but its not that bad, comparable to seeing a slightly darker orange in a row of slightly lighter colored oranges].
The attack itself happens after you kill [and thus feeding your arm with blood] a set number of people.

Well. With the Hero mode in place for those new to the series so they don't have to worry about dying, I don't think they'll fuck with the difficulty too bad. And without the addition of healing orbs as in the last one, apparently the only way to heal in this game is by using ninpo. Hopefully they accidentally excluded the save statues as a means to heal.
And, on a slightly unrelated note, Yosuke Hayashi mentioned in an article that he's thinking of branching ninja gaiden out. Mainly as some kind of spin-off. Or maybe possible guest appearances, like Dante from DMC has done in multiple games? Dunno.

Great news, Ninja Gaiden 3 is here for the XBOX 360 & PS3 just 2 days ago. Also, the collector's ed. is here for $99.99 so does anyone got the game for pre-order or just buying it cuz I already pre-ordered mine for PS3 & I might be getting it this month.

Well, I bought the collector's edition and to be honest. The game is rather lackluster in comparison to Sigma 2. Only a single weapon, a single Ninpo , lots of Pointless QTEs that detracts you from the fast paced action and pointless Kunai climbs. The graphics are improved over Sigma 2, but my point is, everything should have been better.
What is odd is that I enjoyed the premium demo of DOA 5 more then I did with this game.

How was the DOA5 demo? I know that you said it was enjoyable but I want to know in vivid detail.
OT: My main concern with NG3 is the fact it has an online pass and the additional weapons are DLC...
I need not mention that the PS3 version utilizes the MOVE controller but you can only use it on the HERO difficulty and it is kind of broken.
(I like using motion controls along with other control options. When I play video games.)

But yes, but Shogun said: how is the demo? I'm actually excited for it, but NG3 is flopping like this, I'm worried now.
