Old Music in Video Games

Ever since playing Bioshock and Fallout 3 I have been hooked on this old music. Django Reinhardt, Billie Holiday, The Ink Spots, Cole Porter, Roy Brown, Ella Fitzgerald fuck I could go on and on. It's all I listen to now.

Other games I know of with similar soundtracks are. Mafia 2, La Noir, and The Saboteur. Maybe The Godfather but I can't remember. So if you know any video games with old ass soundtracks, let me know about them!

To those who are interested the HBO series Boardwalk Empire has an amazing soundtrack with lots of old tunes from the 20s.

Does Bayonetta count? They have a version of Frank Sinatra's Fly me to the moon. I also enjoyed the tunes of Fallout 3.

I've honestly never played it but I've heard good things. Listening to the soundtrack right now and loving it, thanks! Pretty interesting take on some songs Sinatra made famous.

True but lately a lot of shitty music has been coming out.
And most teenager don't even know who Sinatra is. It's all Katy Perry and Lady Gaga etc.

Honestly...most times I don't even consider those teenagers to be people.

There is allot of good music from every era though. And allot of bad as well. But I do have a preference for the older stuff. I don't really listen to classical too much, I find it helps me work though.

You don't mind classical music do you? Because Catherine has some excellent remixes of Beethoven, Mozart, and Chopin, among others.
