Do not buy it.
Just.... Dont.
I dont really like it, and apparently neither does anyone else.
On the Codemaster's forums themselves, are almost nothing but negative views.
Codemaster's, I am disappoint.

It's a great game. The problem with the forums are that people are complaining there are no dedicated servers for multiplayer on PC.

If you want to call that minor (¬_¬)
Otherwise its pretty cool, but I kind of got bored with it after a while...
I will admit though... it looks really good.
Ill give it another shot if Codemasters decides to fix these bugs that shouldve been fixed a while ago.

I haven't played it and don't plan to with the huge list of games coming out this next few weeks.
But what i'll write is that i'm suprised Codemaster seems to have problems with online multi. Usually CM have always brought quality gaming merchandise, hopefully for them they'll fix it, because they are usually a great company that care for its costumers.

I havn't actually played this myself yet cause of the risk that my comp will melt down in a plastic liquid goey by just turning on the start menu.
Anyway from what I've seen and heard it's a rather okay game though i hate that they've gone from an epic soldier simulator in OF1 to a more action packed shooter ( I loved the feeling of success you got from killing just one guy )

I personally have had no problems with the game, aside from lacking demolitions ordinance once my leader died in co-op. The game is actually BETTER on Hardcore because it forces you to be careful, and thus more effective overall. Instead of having little red markers on your compass, you have to make visual contact to know an enemy is there, so most times you won't move until everyone around you is neutralized.
For example, first mission on Hardcore, first try at that, I didn't look well enough at the map and attacked the town at the southern edge of the island on foot. With good squad commands, a stable and effective base of fire, and some well-placed shots I killed 17 men myself, and have gone 79 for 2 overall on co-op without any connection or game-play issues to speak of.
