UU is no fun really, why is that? I have alot of fun with it you just need to blend all the tiers into one team and its a blast. But ur floatzel whats its purpose just a pokemon you like?

I have a team and I would battle you if I weren't so lazy doing other things. Lol. I think it's a decent team. Not great, but I have fun with it.

Well hope this thread helps me greatly in the future because I don't understand how most competitive trainers ev train and I just recently yet finally received wifi.
Mostly since I am so busy I shiny hunt for now but will later ask questions for builds and help in general.
Though I would like to ask for tips on this clefable for my future hail team:
Clefable
Items: Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
Bold Nature
EV Train: 252 hp/252 def/6 s. def
Seismic Toss
Softboil
Thunder Wave/Toxic
?Cosmic Power?/Toxic/Thunder Wave/Encore
Any other move suggestions?
Does not great ivs but was lucky enough to get magic guard through firered with Seismic Toss and Softboil as I don't have emerald. Not sure if I should make it a double status staller or a bulky staller for hail + possible toxic damage. Currently trying to think of ideas for other pokemon w/o abusing leftovers as much.

Well since your clefable is going to be on a blizzard team I suggest giving it this move set.
Cosmic Power or Seismic Toss (How did you get this move by the way clefable cant learn this move)

Since you have a hail team blizzard is a good choice cause in hail blizzards accuracy goes from 75% to 100% and a 120 damage attack with 100% acc is a big hit on lots of pokemon. Thunder wave lets you hit first and cosmic power mixed with softboil can give u a strong tank an if ur opponent is taking damage from hail is paralyzed and getting attacked with 120 damage it's not going to live long. If you boost ur defense a few times to you'll be able to take hits from super effective hits that would normally one hit KO u as well.
Ice beam is good to it has more pp and has 100% all the time and gets a bit of attack boost in hail you wont hit as hard but it'll do some damage and be able to go on longer than u would with blizzard (once the hail goes away blizzard isnt as reliable.) If you dont want to abuse the leftovers then replace it with shell bell everytime u attack u'll get some health back or put a berry on it. I cant remember what its called but there are berries that post stats when they are activated. Put the one that ups ur sp. atk and ice beam with do more damage good trade off. Thats just me though.

Well I had the clefairy from firered so I taught it Softboil + Seismic Toss through move tutor.
Well I am unsure if I really want this clefable to learn blizzard or ice beam. Mostly I was thinking on focusing this clefable for stall/passive damage.
Softboil to keep it healthy
Seismic Toss for guarentee 100 damage excluding ghosts which can help in the long run
Toxic/Thunder wave for annoyance
Cosmic Power to stall
Though I wonder if it is better for it to have one status affliction and stall or just use two for versatility and further cripple the opponent's team. Don't really wanna have too many blizzard or ice attacks for obvious ice resistance possibility.
I will use softboil on my clefable but for my other possible members I am still pondering the move sets, evs, and items.
Currently have:
Abomasnow
Hasty (or some speed nature)
Item: Leftovers
Evs: 252 speed, x attack, x special attack
Leech Seed
Substitute
Focus Punch
Blizzard
Mamoswine: idea, stealth rock with roar. possible ice shard and earthquake. Train in HP and attack, not sure how to distribute if I decide in def/sp. def.
Froslass: idea, special attacker with blizzard, thunderbolt, shadow ball. possible destiny bond with focus sash.
Glaceon: unknown set. though thinking special wall with mirror coat.
Cloyster: idea, physical wall with rapid spin and toxic.
Most likely will try to add one to two other non ice pokemon to not be kill easily by fire/fight types/attacks but these are my current ideas atm.

I don't personally understand the tier list thing, but this person probably use legendaries that are considered overuse (OU).
Personally to me legendaries and ubers are one in the same. But some people use legendaries like heatran and zapdos fairly often in standard matches. Well once I find the time after college to train and developed teams I would be glad to do some matches, but atm busy busy busy.

Even though I used to have a Garchomp in my team, I was getting sick and tired of seeing one every second person I battle. I'm sure other people share my thought.

Even though I have yet to do competitive battles, I must say garchomp is used to much and easily overpowered. I mean it can pack moves like sword dance, substitute, dragon claw/outrage, and earthquake. I mean I can only think of skarmory as a counter to garchomp unless it packs fire fang.
Really imo it is a tricky pokemon to counter at least easily.
