Ppl with both PS3 and Xbox360

It totally depends on the game for me. I tend to read comparison reviews before buying a game. If there is no big difference, I will probably buy it on PS3, because it will probably be a bit better.

Hmm, from what I see, more people favor the PS3 cos online is free. I've had my PS3 for almost a year now, and I just only got a 360 yesterday, specifically for Halo Reach, and am planning to subscribe to Xbox Live for it. The thing is, since i'm gonna be paying for Xbox Live, I should start to buy multiplayer games for the 360 right? I'm still undecided on this.
And just FYI, I don't like using a mike when I game online.
Just buy whatever games you want to play, no matter if its multi or not.
I also don't like to use my mic in games, i much rather party up with 7 other friends in a party and chat while playing a game online. They could all be playing different games from me and we can still be talking about the same thing, its great. Though if needed to, you can just switch out of party-chat and into game-chat at the press of a button.
I choose PC for FPS multi-plats and some other multi-plats (like mafia 2). Xbox for everything else and PS3 for exclusives only.

A simple solution for buying games
-If it has a PC version, don't buy the 360 or PS3 versions, buy that instead.
-Identify yourself on what kind of gamer are you
Are you a Multiplayer guy or a Solo guy
-Don't buy a game just because you want to utilize your XboxLive/PSN
-don't buy a game that your friend will like/ your friend asked, unless you liked it too.
In the end , Buying games is looking at the Long-Term.

-Sadly, my PC can't handle most PC games nowadays. I only use my PC for school/work.
-I think i'm more of a solo gamer, since my friend's don't have PS3s/Xbox360s. But i don't mind playing multiplayer online with random folks.

Right now, I only own PS3 but I did play many game on Xbox 360 (I target to buy one next year) with a friend. I prefer to buy PS3 game, trouble is the expansion series like RE5: Lost in nightmare, Fallout 3: Brotherhood, etc force me to re-think or delay purchasing since I could wait to buy the full-edition on PS3. Reason 1)Wireless problem 2)The Xbox here are mod.
So, I buy for PS3 which have complete edition, could go online like COD (I don't know if its true but rumor said any mod xbox would shut down if found online)and exclusive for PS3.
I only buy xbox game (next year) which is exclusive for Xbox 360, no online or couldn't have an expansion version like Assasin Creed 2 and found in both Xbox 360 and PS3 (I am forced to buy unoriginal newest game since the people here bloat how high and mighty they are since I am stuck with old game, no grudge to the Xbox 360 even those who had mod Xbox but I don't like some of the people here when I bough PS3 game for $80 when they paid $8, not appreciating or respect. Another reason is some company like Capcom which I used to respect doesnt re-produce Dead Rising 1 for PS3 and worse, they made Dead Rising Case Zero for Xbox without an effort for the PS3 Dead Rising 2(unless they created both tittle for PS3, I prefer on Xbox).
In conclusion, Xbox then PS3 (unless Xbox couldn't be mod anymore although I hope the mod still continue since not everyone is lucky to buy original game once a month. Sorry for the long post

i rather pay on xbox live because you get what you pay for and also i will be granted a fair play. because this one time i was playing RDR on psn and some guy was spawning helecopters and cars in the game and he was killing everybody and that made the game extreamly unfair. atleast on xbox live i dont have to worrie about ppl using mods because if they do i can just file a complaint and that person will be banned. microsoft is nice when it comes to detecting hacked xbox's unlike psn who just doesnt care.

Currently, my PS3 because my 360 isn't under warranty anymore and I half expect it to red ring any time now. Normally I'd just randomly pick one or the other, except in the case of new Guitar Hero or Rock Band games where I have all the peripherals for 360 already.
Fighting games other than Soulcalibur 4 I prefer on PS3 because I prefer to use the d-pad in those games and the 360 one honestly doesn't have a very good d-pad.

and ps3 for playing online and playing games that wasn't released on PC

I'm an Xbox person. I only use the PS3 for their PS3 Exclusive games. (Heavy rain, Uncharted)I'm the exact same way. I buy all my games for the 360. I spend most of my time on it too because my sister plays the PS3 alot so not much time to. Infamous 2 though I can't wait for it to come out on the PS3!!!

Never got a 360 due to hardware issues but im starting to reconsider. Only a matter of time before I own all three anyway.

I'm basically on the PS3 everyday for atleast a couple of hours and because it has most of the games I like on it.
As for the 360, not a lot games and no Live. So it basically sits in my room untouched for a long time. Longest I didn't touch it was for about a month.
