PSP vs Nintendo 3DS

So i've saved up enough money for a new game console and now i'm stuck between to options,as said in the title,psp or 3ds?
the only difference i know is the gameplays..
[3ds]id like to ask if it can go online or not?[i know it can go online gaming with others,but can it surf the web,such as fakku?]
[psp]same,can it go on web like fakku?
the main reason im getting a game console are to play galges[like those in TWGOK],i guess,my friend told me that galges are more focused on ds's,so i need some opinions from u guys..please help me out :)
[edit]oh yeah and in my country the both consoles are of the same price..approx 200-300USD

. 3DS has decent amount of games, but not enough for me to actually buy one. Plus Rumor has it... possible redesign... adding of the 2nd "joystick". I just prefer not having that stupid looking peripherals... you know Nintendo is the king of peripherals.... So if I don't answer your question but I have no idea since I do not own one YET.

If your interested in the PSP VITA you might want to hold out until it releases... check if anyone thinks its a great buy... BUT its gonna cost about 250 USD alone so.... yeah.

Sites like Fakku requires no flash or java.
Unless you want to watch video, which I am going to be amused to see how they will go about fixing this issue.

It's not like it's certain. And why would you need flash on your PSP really, to surf porn? Geez, Fakku is enough for your needs.
Also, for someone not forking out for an upgrade the Vita is a great investment. Since it's a new OS I don't think it would take too long to jailbreak the Vita. But it's playstation we are talking about so sigh...
This is another plan to consider I suppose, you want hacked consoles or not?

Lol emoticons well anyways yeah the VITA is coming out next year for the US so expect that.
Personally I'll wait til 2nd gen VITA will be released before buying it.
For the new 3ds joystick just google it. If your Pocket wasn't awkwardly filled already with the handheld....

You can always sell the psp back for credit for the vita... model 3002 and up are being buy back at 89$... or just buy a used 2000.. they work fine... 79$ with a game sometimes.

Between Psp and the 3DS. I would say the 3ds. but the PlayStation vita seems a lot nicer.
